haish, and so one year has passed like nobody's business.
let's have a recollection of the various major events this year...
firstly, Ali Ba Ba and the 21 Thieves.
you know wad, although it has only been 6months more or less, I really and truly miss the times everybody had...the times when the dadaos danced to the familiar music, the little kids[zhenxiang, xunbin, siewying, shixuan, wanling] imitating scripts, little frogs attempting the dadao dance, the potsandpans.opp hkhk hawkercentre and kfc or mac dinners we had...EVEN THE HIPHOP ICE CREAM!!!!! well, there were many tough but yet fun times, i had one harsh time though... :p oh well, thinking of it makes me tear...the feeling seems to overwhelm me. i like company....
secondly, 3rd Student Council Investiture
higher authority, more responsiblity, less freedom and puppeted movement and behaviour. i couldn't really "function" as who i am, but still this appointment gave me infinite of learning experiences and i believe it really benefitted me despite many tough times during discipline duties. as a student leader, people should respect you, but i think nobody does that, nobody respects a student leader, never listen to wad he or she says, disobey the school rules, stubborn student population. i juz dun understand some students, childish behaviour, immature actions and with the attitude of never-growing up. overall, stinks.
thirdly, 50th Anniversary Celebrations.
well, my school has come 50 years so far, which calls for a celebration. participating in it gave me an opportunity to realise the pros and cons of being an usher in a major event, big time rehearsals, big shot guests, big responsibility. although i dun think the concert was well thought of and rather how-to-you-say, straightforward and clear cut with no tinge of maturity in it. tts wad i thought, nt shooting any ppl. =)
fourthly, Zhou Chu and the 3 Devils.
another production by the clan, at the dramacentre @ national library. really killed lots of time on my revision time, i still thought it was worth it, at least the production was professional enough. we are nt professionals but we try to be professionals. this applies for me only. it was really a short span of time spent to complete this show. although it maybe very quiet at times, luckily my clique was there, and i wanna thank them for it. esp my twin brother, whos always there for me. rock on nanaki! i miss the theatre now already, it has been one month i think. qinggongyan was abit too quiet as well, maybe becos the performers are of a mature bunch? i hope i can be like them someday too....
=)
